Aren't lawyers like 4-F on the rating scale though?

My lawyer is overweight and has high blood pressure. That qualified him as 1B. Got his first shot on February 6th. Where there's a will. There's a way!

Getting it in South San Antonio.

CVS had a dozens of openings for shots next week in San Marcos available to book earlier today. They're full now, but there are some available in Temple. It seems to be getting easier to book a shot.

Effective?

Being a lawyer, in and of itself, doesn't give us any pull on vaccines. But some of us have friends and clients in the health care industry which have been useful.

Maybe they should learn from the game and fish dept. they hand out limited numbers of license each year to multiple different groups all at the same time.
Resident = at risk ( get more doses allocated to this group)
Non resident = low risk ( less allocated)
Guided = doctor must put you on the list. ( less than at risk more than less at risk)

Units = location of vaccine given
Species = brand of vaccine

Loyalty points = distribution events that you have not been selected thus each time you don't get selected you get an extra name in the hat. Some give the tags to the highest loyalty point holders first until there are more people at that point total than tags available then it is a lotto for the people at that point total. That way the people that have been waiting the longest get in sooner

I don't know the system works right now. It might been even easier than the western draw hunt systems. But if it had been thought out in advance this program could have been adjust to give out "tags" for vaccines.

Just signed up for mine and mine is this Sunday in San Antonio at HEB. Took less than 24 hours. My brother also. HEB is on top of it in San Antonio.

not sure how anyone gets an HEB appointment. It'll show 20+ slots available, click and "no appointments availalble." I'll sit and refresh the specific site page for a while and MIGHT get lucky to get a "select your date and time" option. Select that and try to move to the next page and it says "no appointments available." I've even randomly tried cities 5 hours a way and same result(s). I've spent 2 weeks trying to help get appointments for my parents.

I did it early this morning so I am guessing they had cancelations.
