And no, it's not easy. It's insanely hard and a stupid system.
There should be one place for everybody to sign up. They should do a lottery from that one pool of enrollees to give you the ability to sign up for appointments based on your risk/essential score. You should be able to make appointments anywhere shots are given. They should go out into places with hard to risk people (retirement communities, poor areas, etc) and recruit them to sign up for the waiting list.
I don't know, this hunger games style appointment system of needing to sign up within 5 minutes of a push notification is absolutely ridiculous and embarassing.
