I got a call saying I was selected to receive a vaccine in hays county. I didn't hit 1!to confirm or 2 to deny. Initially a hoax call because I haven't received an email which the county also has. The message repeated but I couldn't find a pen in time to write down a number to call and then it hung up. I guess I'll show up at the vaccination center tomorrow at the given time and see what happens.

Update: I did receive my first dose of Pfizer this afternoon. Apparently that phone call I got was basically a "you've been selected come whenever" call. I was there about 3.5 hours. 3 hours of waiting in line until I got the shot and half an hour to sign up for my second shot. They never asked me for "proof" I had an appointment. Which is kind of a shame.

Yup. The PAC was a mad house. When I got in line I was standing next to firehouse subs. It went all the way around the ARC.
