looks like we have been between mid 40k and mid 50k on daily cases recently. Any data on how that breaks down by age group?

Just a hunch, but I bet it's a lower percentage of elderly just due to vaccine roll outs in that age range. But I'd like to see the data to confirm.

I think this is what they saw in Israel as well. Once the elderly got vaccinated early on, the virus continued to spread quite a bit among younger demographics.
