How long do you want to ignore this user?

Can a patient request a drug like Budesonide from their GP if they test positive for Covid? Is this something that most doctors would frown upon, or do you feel like most practitioners are willing to work with a patient even if they don't generally prescribe medications for Covid-positive patients?

Yes. I have Rx'd tons of it for covid pts. That and systemic steroids for more severe pts.

Thanks for the response. Do you favor a specific protocol? Do you believe that Budesonide is beneficial?

Yes. Pulmicort 180 1 p BID.

or any LABA/ICS combo - such as

BREO 200 1 p QD
advair 250/50 1 p BID
symbicort 160 2 p BID

etc
