I've been searching for the Johnson and Johnson vaccine in the Austin or college station areas with no luck since the vaccine was resumed (was supposed to get it three days after they paused it). Anyone had any luck finding it in either of these areas?

H-E-B Pharmacy at the UTHTB has plenty if you go to HEB's website tonight.

Edit: Also the Bryan HEB's have some as well but not as many.

My husband got his at CVS. Also Costco has them here in Austin. They are relatively easy to get. I know H-E-B in Leander was doing walk ups yesterday for the J&J

Wife got it in March in Waco. Was signed up for Tarrant County (we live in FW) but they apparently had some sort of collab with the hospital on 35 in Waco, and since we were already headed to College Station one weekend, it worked perfectly.

I was at the 4 Points HEB today, and they announced overhead that they had the J&J available, and anyone who wanted it could go to the pharmacy and get it right away.

Good to know. I've been telling my boss that "I would get the shot when I could also grab some milk and eggs". Wasn't going to make an appt, come back weeks later, all that.

Looks like the inevitable will finally happen this week.

I have been hesitant to get a vaccine at all. However, my husband has COVID right now. If my test comes back negative, I may go get the J&J one.

This is what I did. I asked if I could spend the 15 minute wait post-shot shopping and they were like...ehhh...no. In case you pass out or have a bad reaction, I guess.
