Yes. Did it online. Took about 5 minutes.

I'll use this space to encourage anyone who has a reaction to any medication to report it. Even with treatments that undergo massive clinical trials it is impossible to catch everything so post marketing reporting on adverse events is a very important piece of ensuring that drugs are safe. [\PSA]

If you don't mind me asking, was it a series AE or non serious AE. I was trying to file a non serious and it gave me an error after the final page but wouldn't identify the issue. Tried twice then gave up.

It was not serious. Were you using a mobile browser? Wouldn't be a surprise if a gov website kind of sucked
