I'm taking the family to our first A&M Volleyball match on Friday against tu. A&M's transportation website says Reed arena parking is "free on days when not in conflict with other events". Is that correct? We'll likely be getting into town maybe 20-30 minutes before the match starts so I was worried about having to figure out parking.

Also. Pro Tip. Pack a snack and water in the car. Gonna be and should be a BOAT LOAD of people at the match and free parking means no attendants and no traffic control post match getting everyone out.

Last year was a little chaotic and when I asked about it l, that was the answer I got.

yup, it was bad earlier this season (can't remember the game) when we set the 3rd highest attendance. We weren't even in a rush but took a while to get out.

You could also pay and park in West Campus and walk across to Reed instead of trying to locate a spot in lot 100 around Reed. I've been told for a quicker exit, go down to park when you enter the garage instead of up!
