Five Thoughts: Missouri State 73, Texas A&M 67

1. A poor showing all around. The Aggies played their first game of the season away from Reed Arena and found themselves on the losing end of the scoreboard. While Missouri State may turn out to be a tournament team by season's end, neither the Aggies nor the Bears played the part last night. A&M struggled shooting from behind the arc and couldn't find an answer for Missouri State's zone defense.

The easiest answer to beating a zone would be penetrating the gaps and making shots.
