"In one word, he's a winner. He just had an exceptional year. He went from not being highly recruited at all to one of the most highly recruited WRs we've ever had here. When Josh got here he was a guy that constantly got behind people. He's a legit vertical threat. He's a kid that is very rangy; he's got long, rangy arms and is able to really extend and high point the ball incredibly well.
