Mack finished his high school football career on Friday with a heartbreaking loss to the Gilmer Buckeyes. Mack came up inches short on a fourth-down conversion late in the fourth before Gilmer went on a game-winning 83-yard drive. Walking off the field one last time as a Gladewater Bear was one of the toughest things he’s been through.
