Aggies flip Beaumont West Brook OL Dan Moore

Last week Texas A&M extended an offer to Beaumont West Brook offensive lineman Dan Moore (6-5, 315) who then made an official visit to College Station over the weekend. Following his visit, Moore, who committed to Oklahoma State in June, knew he had some decisions to make.

On Monday, he decided he was ready to make an announcement.


Moore’s Texas A&M commitment brings the Aggies’ 2017 recruiting class to 26 members. He joins Carson Green, Jared Hocker, Grayson Reed, and Adrian Wolford in the Aggies' five-man offensive line group, and he is the second 2017 commitment in three days along with Cisco College defensive end Micheal Clemons who committed on Saturday.

In addition to Texas A&M, Dan Moore also held scholarship offers from Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, Colorado State, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Lafayette, Tulane, North Texas, Texas State, UTSA, and New Mexico.

Master Pancaker! Mauler is a good descriptor. It was painful watching defender after defender bulldozed, crushed, and manhandled.

Most solid coach we have. We are just currently down on talent a bit. Get in some of the people he wants. Should end up with a wall again.

Damn this is a BIG offensive line class. All 6'5 and 300lbs+ except Carson Green and he's 290.

Have you Ben monitoring their weight. Our Recruiting site said one OLineman is 260 and another 280?
