On his life after college...
"I’ve been good, being in Italy and doing what I love and loving life. Can’t complain at all."

On what he's been doing since he left College Station...
"This is my fourth year in Italy, so I’ve spent every year of my professional career in Italy. This is my second year with the same team, so I’ve been in the same league and same area. I love Italy, the people and the culture. I love everything about it."

On consistently playing in the same league in Italy...
"I’ve benefited from it a lot. It’s not often people stay in the same country. I know the language and places to go. This is the first year I’ve stayed with the same team I played with before, so that makes it a lot easier because I don’t have to pick up and pack. I left a lot of stuff at home, and I know exactly where everything is. It’s a much easier transition when you can stay in the same spot."

On destinations Aggies should visit in Italy...
"You should definitely go to Venice. Venice and Florence are the most beautiful cities to me. Rome is nice, but Rome is a big city in the south. The main cities I like are up north. Milan, Florence and Venice are probably the three I say everyone needs to go to."

On his play...
"I’ve been playing well. It’s definitely a grind. The only thing that is different about Europe is you’re not going to see a lot of players average over 20 points a game. It’s a slower style of basketball; they actually play defense. It’s a great experience because you get to see a lot of people you’ve played against before. A couple weeks ago, I played against Josh Carter, we're in the same league so I get to see him a lot. Playing in Europe is great because you see a lot of people that you know and that you (played) with before."

On returning to Aggieland...
"I’ve been back a lot during the summer, play with the guys for a couple days and work out with Chris and Josh. We’ll all plan a time to come back and get some time with the kids."

On whether this was his first time back to watch the Aggies since he left school...
"This is my first game back since I was a player. So it’s been about 4 years since I’ve actually been back for a basketball game."

On what he was doing during A&M's comeback over NIU in the NCAA Tournament...
"I was sitting at my house. It was four in the morning. I’m pretty sure all my neighbors heard me when the comeback happened. I was excited. That was unbelievable, one of the best comebacks in college sports."

On what he misses most about Aggieland...
"I just miss being a part of all the traditions. A&M, to me, is the best place for college football. I just miss tailgating and having a good time interacting with alumni and just being a part of something special. Especially being 3,000 miles away, I have to kind of create my own energy for football game days."

On communicating with his dad, who’s with the Sacramento Kings...
"It’s tough because were both doing our own things, but we do the best we can. He really has a tough job now, dealing with Demarcus Cousins. He’s such a great player, arguably one of the best in the league. He’s doing his thing. I’m doing mine. I’m not really focused on getting to the NBA, just taking it step by step. I’m enjoying Italy, enjoying playing there. I have no problem with how I’m living my life right now."

Without this guy, BK would've started his stint here with two straight single digit win seasons
