The final iteration of the TexAgs 2018 Texas Top 118 is out, and Manvel wide receiver Jalen Preston once again leads the way at the No. 1 position. They dynamic receiver is physical, quick, strong and can be a game-breaker on offense and special teams.

Preston is quickly followed by Houston Episcopal wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, who moves up one spot to No. 2. Houston Heights cornerback Jalen Green moves up two spots to No. 3, Cibolo Steele safety Caden Sterns jumps into the top five at No. 4, and Fort Bend Ridge Point tight end Mustapha Muhammad closes out the top five.

The top 10 did see a shake-up this time around. Houston Lamar cornerback Anthony Cook drops from No. 2 to No. 10, Angleton safety B.J. Foster moves from No. 8 to No. 6, Arp’s DeMarvion Overshown shifts from No. 12 to No. 7, Alief Taylor wide receiver Brennan Eagles jumps from No. 17 to No. 8 after a big showing at the Army Bowl and Max Wright slides from No. 6 to No. 9.

Outside of the top 10 there were several big movers. Defensive end Joseph Ossai continues to climb the list, going from No. 27 to No. 17, while further down the list defensive tackle Moro Ojomo and athlete Vernon Jackson moved into the top 45. Tyree Wilson is the biggest mover, jumping up 22 spots to No. 61.
