Liucci 44: Ranking the state's top high school prospects (Nos. 35-44)

I've been doing a lot of film study the past couple of weeks, talking to Texas high school coaches, trusted sources and college scouts throughout the region and hearing what Howell and Brauny – the two guys who see these kids as much as anyone in the state – have to tell me. Now I'm ready to roll out my first "Top 44" of the 2019 recruiting cycle.

Here's a look and a quick thought or note on the guys who came in at numbers 35-44 on the list.
