RB: Take me back to your commitment. When did you finally know A&M was going to be the spot for you, and what was your family's reaction when you told them?

CH: I sort of knew A&M was going to be the place for me after my second visit. It was then when it just felt like home. My family was really excited for me, and they respected my decision.
