Coaching to his players' strengths, abilities, and knowledge of the playbook. WIN!

Love the rant about not begging anyone for anything and doesn't want anything for free. Come get your donuts at 5 am!!!! Love it. This is the character that builds a successful program.

Buzz is basically a clone of Jimbo as a coach.

Home run hire.

Discusses offensive and defensive sets in detail. Remembers a game from his first year of coaching.

Really happy we have him. Humble confidence. Tells what he needs to improve upon. Very introspective.
I know a lot about a little, and a little about a lot.

From a personality standpoint in front of a mic, not so much. But listening to what he believes is necessary to build a winning program, he sounds exactly the same. The first few press conferences I watched/listened of Buzz's, his words were basically the same as Jimbo's when he's talking about winning, game preparation, etc.
