• The true story behind that blue suit is that we were all kind of poor. Leeland McElroy had all of his family with him, so he was rich by my standards and Rodney's standards. Rodney and I only had our mothers in our lives, and we came from low-income situations. My mom bought me three suits before I went to college, and one of those suits is that blue one I was wearing. One of those suits was the one Rodney wore.
