• If you made me vote for the Heisman, I'd go with Devonta Smith. If you made me pick a quarterback, it'd be Mac Jones. His accuracy and decision making is something I haven't seen at the college level. I think his biggest asset, however, is his ability to move in the pocket. I still would be giving it to Smith if I had a vote.
