Tale of the Tape: Texas A&M vs. Abilene Christian

Unfortunately, a meaningless game against Abilene Christian (an FCS football school) is the final home football game of the season and the last game for a number of graduating seniors.

For all the positives that come from joining the SEC in 2012, Saturday’s game is one big negative.

In order to provide the SEC’s TV partners with high-quality conference games in September, the conference mandates its schools to play a non-conference contest in mid-November.
