DeSoto (TX) running back Deondrae Riden‍ committed to Texas A&M on Monday night, and if anyone knows his game, his growth and development over the last few years, it’s DeSoto head coach Claude Mathis. 

Mathis knows a thing or two about running backs. He was a standout at Bartlett (TX) and Texas State before heading to the pros and then joining the coaching ranks.
