Scouting the 2014 Commits: Skyline DB Cedric Collins

Collins reminds me a lot of current Texas A&M freshman defensive back De'Vante Harris. Both are a bit undersized at the corner position, but what they lack in size they make up for with outstanding fundamentals and great speed.

Cedric is one of the fastest football players to come from the traditionally talent-rich Dallas Skyline High School.
