When pondering the big picture in recruiting, patience is a virtue

It's long been said that patience is a virtue. 

I've started to understand that more and more as time goes on.

If life stretches you thin, or your bread falls jelly side down, the natural human reaction is to get panicky. 

Far be it from me though to pen a self-help article.
