Mike Elko & Co. are expanding their in-state recruiting calculations

There aren't many quiet times in the recruiting and player acquisition departments anymore.

The increasingly mercurial nature of such practices has led to very little downtime for the folks who work in that arena.

Right now, though, with the coaches off the road and no on-campus visits allowed, the work resembles more anatomical research and review than it does football.
