Can't wrap my head around ranking a RB coming off a major knee injury, a CB with good depth behind him, and a WR in a WR room with lots of redundant skills, ranking ahead of a QB with an inexperienced backup. Zuhn? Ok. Reed-Adams? Maybe. But Moss, Lee, and Concepcion? No way.

Don't discount what The Blanket will do for this defense. A shut down corner takes out 25% of the field by their lonesome

Hopefully by the end of the year Hicks has moved up the list into the top 3 like he should be. We need that 5 star top 3 ranking to shine through this year.

Lots of redundant skills at WR? We have lacked speed and shiftiness forever. Until we show we have one guy who can do it for us consistently, let's tap the breaks on counting our chickens acting like we have lots of those guys. I'd say we have 3-4 that could be great for us this year, but only one has really done it at the P4 level.

Cb may have more depth than last year, but Lee is the only one who has been good/great at this level. There's still a noticeable drop off when he's not on the field unless multiple guys take big steps.

Either way, this is about the teams best players, not just most important. You can't knock a guy just because of the position he is playing, or depth at that position. It's largely about who's the best players. You could make two separate lists if you wanted to pick simply most important players.(though even just based on importance, I'd still massively disagree with you on Will Lee not being in the top 3 even though I think Rick's is going to be a solid/good player for us this year. Defense wouldn't be the same with him off the field. Concepcion, also maybe true)

If hicks actually plays as our 13th best player, I'd consider that a win. Obviously I hope even better, but we can do good things defensively with 2 of our top 13 players being DT, one of the bigger concerns on the team.

if bryce anderson can find his form from a few seasons ago that will go a long long way towards our back 7 playing a lot better. he has played injured and not as well tje last two seasons. we need a healthy strong season from him. that happens he will be much higher in the list.

Agree with the list pretty much. Only thing I would change is moving Theo up about 10 spots and I figured Rick's would have been around 20 and removing the transfer TE.

I like Lee high up where he is. If he was healthy and played in the USC bowl game, we win that game easy. We totally felt his absence.

I am pulling for Thor big time and would like to see him higher. I like Amari Daniels a lot, but sad that RB3 is higher than all our TEs.
