Class of 2009's improbable ride winding to a close

When the members of Texas A&M’s 22nd-ranked 2009 recruiting class arrived in College Station four years ago, they quite naturally sized up their new teammates.

“I remember being super intimidated by all these guys — (Jonathan) Stewart … (Patrick) Lewis … Eazy (Uzoma Nwachukwu),” senior defensive tackle Spencer Nealy recalled on Tuesday. “They looked all rocked. It’s my senior year and I still don’t look rocked. It was scary. I thought I should have been more physically prepared than I was.
