Highlight: Allen beats Prosper in heavyweight bout of unbeatens

On Friday afternoon in Prosper, two of the state’s top programs went toe-to-toe in a battle of unbeaten Eagles. Prosper vs. Allen lived up to the hype, as both programs exchanged blows and fought to the final play.

Prosper struck first with a field goal, and Allen answered with a touchdown. At halftime, Allen held a 21-10 advantage, but by the middle of the third, Prosper was back on top 24-21. Both added fourth-quarter touchdowns, and it came down to a last-second field goal attempt.
