Texas A&M adds former Colorado DL Brandon Davis-Swain via transfer portal
Texas A&M has added to its transfer portal haul today with the verbal commitment of Brandon Davis-Swain — a 6-foot-4, 320-pound defensive lineman who comes to Aggieland via the transfer portal after two seasons at Colorado.
He’s the eighth addition for the Maroon & White in this January window.
A product of West Bloomfield High School just outside Detroit, Mich., Davis-Swain holds the state record for most career sacks at 50.
At Colorado, he played in two games in 2024 and took his redshirt. He made eight starts this past fall for the Buffaloes and appeared in nine total games as he battled through some nagging injuries. He logged 15 tackles, three hurries, 2.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and forced one fumble. He was named the Big 12 Defensive Lineman of the Week by PFF in Week 11 of the season.
