Baseball
No. 23 Texas A&M baseball swept Penn last weekend in a three-game series. The pitching staff did not walk a single batter in the series, so prepare to be blown away, as Weston Moss said in his Texas Aggies United interview, by what they accomplish this season.

Last night, the Ags run-ruled Lamar in seven innings, 25-5, after 18 hits in 34 at-bats. Caden Sorell logged the first Aggie grand slam of the season while Boston Kellner, Travis Chesnut and Blake Binderup also added homers.

The team will take on Virginia Tech this Friday in Arlington to kick off their run in the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series.

Men’s Basketball
Aggie men’s basketball had a road kill at OU on Saturday, 75-71

Rashaun Agee led the Ags with 18 points and seven rebounds. Rylan Griffen followed with 14 points, five rebounds and three steals, and Zach Clemence had 9 points, five rebounds, and two blocks.

They remain on the road for tonight’s big game against No. 20 Arkansas.

Women’s Basketball
Upset No. 21 Tennessee in Knoxville on Thursday, which was their first-ranked road win since January 10, 2021. Lemyah Hylton had her highest scoring output in an SEC game with 12 points.

On Sunday, they crushed Arkansas by 21 points at home. Ny’Ceara Pryor became the first player to record three-straight double-doubles in points and assists in SEC play since 2009.

The Aggies will stay at Reed and host Mississippi State tomorrow at 7 p.m. CT.

Softball
Texas A&M softball won three of six games in the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic. They split day one, defeating Duke after falling to Oregon, then took down UC San Diego, 5-2. Saturday’s doubleheader was also split as the Ags fell to No. 6 Nebraska, then turned it around to win 7-1 against LMU. A&M finished the Classic with a loss to No.11 UCLA, 15-7.

Swimming and Diving
Aggie swimming and diving advanced 12 athletes to the SEC finals and brought four top-eight finishes on the concluding day.

Women’s Tennis
No. 5 Aggie women’s tennis sawed ‘em off and beat No. 10 Texas 4-3 in the SEC opener.

Men’s Tennis
No. 16 Texas A&M men’s tennis began SEC play with a 4-3 win over Ole Miss on Saturday.

They then aced the first SEC road test and swept through singles against the Kentucky Wildcats on Monday.

Football
13 Aggies are attending the NFL Combine in Indianapolis this week.

Tomorrow, linebackers and D line are scheduled, featuring Taurean York, Scooby Williams, Tyler Onyedim, Albert Regis and Cashius Howell.

Friday will see Will Lee III with the DBs and Nate Boerkircher with the tight ends.

Le’Veon Moss and KC Concepcion will appear on Saturday with the running backs and wide receivers.

The OL, including Dametrious Crownover, Trey Zuhn III,  Chase Bisontis and Armaj Reed-Adams will be shown on Sunday.

Lastly, mark your calendars for April 18th at 1 p.m., because the Spring Maroon and White game will be held then for the return to Kyle.
