Texas A&M traveled to Kentucky earlier this season and got walloped by 42 points. Now, the Wildcats are coming to College Station, and the Aggies are hoping to turn their fortunes around in a big way. Logan Lee took a look at the matchup.

Looking at the stat sheet, Texas A&M and Alabama are incredibly similar teams. Both teams depend on solid bench performances to win games and struggle to succeed when only the starters are playing well. Texas A&M will need to exploit its advantage inside to beat the Tide.

In the first meeting with the Commodores this season, Texas A&M struggled to defend Vanderbilt's role players, contain Luke Kornet and score against a zone defense. This time, the Aggies will need to fix those problems and get some help from the bench.

For the second time this season, the Aggies have won back-to-back SEC games prior to a major challenge on the road. Beating the Gators for a third straight conference victory will require A&M to play its best game of the year.

On paper Missouri isn't a team that strikes a lot of fear in opponents, and the Aggies certainly should be the stronger team. But the Tigers are playing better and will come to College Station confident after knocking off Arkansas.

Vanderbilt is a dangerous team, especially from beyond the arc. To get a win, the Aggies will have to neutralize the Commodore role players, stay fresh and take advantage of their size under the basket.

Texas A&M will need to be at the top of its game against the Mountaineers. West Virginia has the ability to beat the top teams in the nation and boasts solid performers around the perimeter. The Aggies will need to counter that with strong play inside.

Texas A&M's big men will need to win the battle under the basket for the Aggies to win in Oxford. Ole Miss boasts talent and size, so Tyler Davis and Robert Williams will need to step up. Logan Lee has the keys to the game inside.

Arkansas is a team that thrives on pushing the pace on offense and relentless defensive pressure, so Texas A&M will have to try to control the tempo Tuesday night at Reed. The Razorbacks present a huge test for a struggling Aggie team.

After dropping their first three SEC contests, the Aggies are happy to be home against the Tigers on Wednesday evening. Dictating the pace of play and defending LSU's three leaders will be key to a win.

Though they are only two games into the SEC schedule, the Aggies face a virtual must-win contest at South Carolina Saturday in order to maintain hopes for post-season play in 2017.

The Aggies have taken the Wildcats to overtime in four of their last five games, including the last three. To continue their streak of competing with uber-talented UK, A&M will have to play its best ball of the season.

As the Aggies resume play at home, they'll face an Islanders lineup that often plays fast and scores a lot of points. The challenge for Kennedy's squad is to dictate their style of play and get back in the win column.
