In a low-scoring affair on Tuesday evening, Trinity Cannon ripped a walk-off single down the left-field line to put No. 21 Texas A&M back on track with a 3-2 win over Lamar. Emily Leavitt earned her seventh win of the year after tossing a scoreless final two innings with three strikeouts.

After taking both ends of a twin bill on Saturday, No. 24 Texas A&M was unable to complete the sweep in Lexington as No. 11 Kentucky run-ruled the Aggies in five innings, 10-2. The Wildcats jumped out to an early 8-0 lead, and A&M never dug out of the hole.

Needing a spark, A&M rallied from behind with nearly consecutive two-run bombs by Julia Cottrill and Rylen Wiggins to defeat Louisiana Tech on Wednesday, 6-3. Emily Leavitt picked up her fifth win on the season after keeping the visitors scoreless through the final four innings.

Twenty-first-ranked Texas A&M came up just short as they failed to rally in the seventh inning, dropping Game 1 of the series, 7-5. No. 17 Georgia pieced together 15 hits, including two home runs, to hand the Aggies their first loss of conference play at Davis Diamond.
Aggie softball unable to weather early barrage in Fayetteville, 8-0
Trisha Ford's first taste of Southeastern Conference play ended early as No. 7 Arkansas run-ruled the Aggies in five innings, 8-0. The home-standing Razorbacks plated five in the first and never looked back as the Aggies mustered just three hits on the night.
