The Aggies got a solid start from Kyle Simonds and allowed Andrew Vinson and Mark Ecker to slam the door against the Bearcats in the win. Though the game got chippy, Texas A&M held it together to get its first win of the College Station Regional.

Texas A&M got into an early hole against the Rebels on Friday night but punched back in a big way in the second inning and beyond. The Aggie bats woke from their recent slumber to deliver 16 hits, while Andrew Vinson slammed the door on the mound in a clinching win.

No. 2 Texas A&M took a break from its recent offensive woes during the sixth inning on Thursday, delivering a five-run, one-out rally to put No. 7 Ole Miss away in game 1 of the pivotal series. Brigham Hill threw seven innings, allowing just one run to get the W.

Open the storybook. No. 2 Texas A&M and No. 8 Vanderbilt met one final time on Saturday to settle the series, with the Aggies needing a strong start from Kyle Simonds. Coming off of a complete game win last weekend, the senior threw a no-hitter in a 3-0 win.

The Aggies got three spectacular performances on the mound in the first game against the Commodores. Turner Larkins, Andrew Vinson and Mark Ecker combined to pitch a shut-out, allowing just 6 hits on the night. The Aggies scored a lone run in the first inning and held on the rest of the way.

After scoring a paltry 10 runs in three games against Alabama, the Texas A&M offense got back to its usual disruptive ways against the UTA Mavericks. Jonathan Moroney hit a grand slam in the fifth to put the game away early; the Aggies generated seven runs on eight hits.

Jonathan Moroney only got one at-bat on Sunday, but he made it count. With a runner on second in the bottom of the ninth, the senior singled up the middle to score Ryne Birk and give the Aggies the win. The Aggie pitching staff allowed just three hits on the day.

Texas A&M continued its white-hot pace at the plate on Tuesday in its victory over the Bobcats. The Aggies scored 14 runs, and Walker Pennington hit two home runs in the effort. Seven Aggie pitchers saw action, allowing only one run.

Attempting to keep the pitching staff fresh, Texas A&M let seemingly everyone take the mound on Tuesday. Mitchell Kilkenny had the best night of the bunch, pitching two innings and striking out four. The Aggie offense's outbursts in the second and sixth aided the win.
