I wouldn't know the first place to look for this kind of information, and I don't even know if it's available, but about how much funding do the non-revenue sports receive each year? I.E., mens/womens swimming, track, volleyball, etc?

Ryan, you can find most of what you are asking on the Aggies own website. Go to the bottom of AggieAthletics and click on the EADA Survey. You can easily follow the links to see the answers. However, they are not up to date, but a few years old.
