I know UFC is the main one (most profitable), but what others have top quality athletes? I heard lots of UFC were going over to TNA but that was supposedly because UFC started drug testing - is that right?
What about Mark Cuban's league and the Showtime league? I just saw Kimbo Slice dominate - how would he do in UFC - he's a street fighter by trade with little wresting, MMA training.

There are quite a few out there. If you haven't been to sherdog.com before, go there, you'll know everything you need to know.

Also, Kimbo would get destroyed against top heavyweights. He's good for ticket sales, so you'll see him continue to get fed brawlers & past their prime guys like tonight.

Fedor, the best in the world IMO, is with a new organization called M-1? something like that. The original founder of the UFC is starting a new league(can't remember the name) but he is bringing back the eight man tournament. One night, three fights(per division) with backups in case of injury. As soon as Couture is out of his UFC contract, he's supposed to fight Fedor. As a matter of fact, the Couture camp(with Mark Cuban's help) has sued UFC to get the official release date for Randy. MMA continues to rise and will soon take over boxing IMO as far as popularity and $$ goes.
Chuck Norris has a league, there's the IFL, they seem to be popping up everywhere. Exciting for me, I have been training and watching since UFC 1.

forgot to mention the new group in Japan. I think it's called Dream. Many of the same folks that were involved in Pride. Should be great. The Japanese fans rock!

What Benrob said, except maybe the part about Fedor.

And the Chuck Norris league isn't really MMA. Kickboxing only, with no throws, no grappling. At least, that was the case last time I saw it.
