Is you can't get cheated out of winning. I've seen too many times wear refs influence outcome of games in Football, Bball, & Baseball but in a sport with no refs or judges you are just competing against everyone else.

I've been upset about the No-Call on the UCLA game all week and that got me thinking about this.

yeah, the Big 3 sports are the most subjective, although baseball usually gets it right. there is the occasional screw job though (like Rice last year...) and obvious blown calls like the Cornhusker being called out yesterday on the 'sips "double play"....

I love what I call "stopwatch" sports. Almost no impact from judges. Swimming has stroke judges because there are some minor technical elements that must be watched. But controversy is rare. Relay takeoffs are judged in most meets but championships often use electronics to detect early takeoffs.
