I have never watched more than five or six minutes of hockey in my life... after being a Dallas sports fan for the last 24 years I've decided to jump on the Stars bandwagon and watch the game tonight!

If they lose you are banned from ever watching them again!

Trust me, if they lose, my very slight interest in hockey will have wanned completely.

They're killing me tonight! This is a GREAT game. At some point the refs are going to have to call something, both goalies are absolutely standing on their heads, but play is getting a little too rough.

A friend of mine was never a hockey fan, and we got him to watch one game to give it a try. It was the opening game of the 1997(98?) season, Red Wings vs Avs. Opening face off, as soon as the puck hit the ice, Lemieux and Mcarty(?) threw off the gloves and went at it, left over from the playoffs the year before. He was hooked after that.
