Aggie Volleyball takes on t.u. tonight at 6:30! It's "Break the Record" Night as fans are challenged to break the single game attendance record at G. Rollie.

BTHO tu!

Texas takes set 1 25-13. It was tied 12-12 before Texas went on a 13-1 run on Ashley Engle's serve.

Texas wins set 4 25-18 and takes the match three sets to one. Nice job by the aggies to take a set off the number 3 ranked team in the country, but I think it was more about Texas lack of focus in set 2 than anything we did.

Hey man, take the positives where you can get 'em and don't look a gift horse in the mouth!

I thought we played pretty well at times, and at others we looked like we had never even seen a court before.

Texas was beatable tonight. Yes, and at times we played very well in front of an exuberant crowd. But, we lacked consistency and focus. We still had too many bad passes and service errors. I only hope we can still draw at least half the crowds for the rest of the games, it will go a long way for encouraging the team.

i did not know that there were red cards in a volleyball game until yesterday. I didn't know what happened to lead to a red card though..

Generally red cards come out for coaches that use a few "choice words" in describing what they thought of a call.
