How does the review in pro tennis work?

I am getting back into tennis, and I see they now have this review available to the players and they show some CGI looking thing on the TV when it happens.

What's the new rules, and how do they generate the CGI video thing?

Each player gets 3 unsuccessful challenges per set (successful challenges don't count against the total), plus one more if the set reaches a tiebreaker.

I'm not sure how the technology works. You may have to take it to the nerdery.
