Holden, not sure if you were asking about what stacking is or about how Baylor has done this in the past, but the first part I can answer.
Stacking is when you take your best players and play them at the lower lines to possibly get a better chance at getting an overall win, while sacrificing your weaker players.
So, it would be like if we won the doubles point, then played Conor at 4, Austin at 5, and Will at 6. We would be likely (though not guaranteed) to win those three lines, and thus likely to win the match. Marcus, and Colin would likely be overmatched, and Alexy would be close, but it essentially wouldn't matter for the team if they lost.
At some levels it's allowed, at some it's not. I'm not sure what the NCAA rule book says, but I will look it up after today's ladies match if no one responds before then.
