Broke a team rule? Thats some bull crap. The girl wears herself out for 4 years, finally gets to the NCAA and if we would have lost would have never gotten to play a NCAA game.

When it finally comes out what she did it had better be good, because if its something ridiculous like showing up to warm up 5min late...

I cant actually think of anything that would have deserved her not getting to play the first game, besides putting the whole team in jeopardy by taking away one of our top players. Thankfully we pulled through.

Agreed. That would need to be something pretty serious to sit her out. Very dangerous to toy with chemistry like that.

BTW, rookies can get around the five post limit by going back and editing previous posts.

On the audio Coach was asked when it happened and she said something like "a few days ago", which basically probably means she went out drinking or something like that. What other "team rule" would there be. I got money on there is some "rule" about no alcohol within 48 hours of game day or something. Or, more likely the Aggie "no alcohol when traveling" rule.

Showing up late to practice or something dumb like that would never be a reason coach wouldnt let her play and risk the whole tournament.

If it's like most sports, team rules say no drinking in season, period. If she was caught drinking on a school sponsored trip (aka after they left for Baton Rouge) I have a feeling it could be more than 1 day.

this kind of speculation is ridiculous. Let’s not tag the kid with crap like this without any facts. By all accounts she's a really good kid, including many statements from LC. I'm sure whatever she did no one regrets it more than Sarah.

Which accounts are those? Because she's a pretty, white, volleyball player, we assume she's a good kid? In my experience, that type is more often than not a wild child.

What is LC going to say about her captain? "Yeah, she's a bad seed, I don't even know why we want her on the team." Give me a break.
