So, USA-Swimming has released their new version of the athlete partnership plan (cuts annual stipend for those opting in by about $15,000, but specifies USA-Swimming's name and image use rights). Thoughts?

I think it's a step in the right direction and is the more symbiotic relationship that the two groups need than the last plan was, but I'm not sure it's enough money. Hopefully the plan is wildly successful and they increase the budget for next year.
