I'll never forget when we beat them in College Station back in March 2009 when they were ranked around 7 or 8. Hoover's comeback on the 6 line was just remarkable and one of the most memorable moments I have of Aggie tennis.

Agreed. I can remember sitting in the stands yelling for Colin, and seeing the fight in his eyes. I know Colin pretty well, and thats how I will always think of him. Showed some amazing heart that day

Live scoring still says that we are holding at 6-7, but twitter @AggieTennis1 just said we won the doubles point...weird.

The fast indoors suit Ore better than Bautista.

All courts are winnable, but I think we have favorable matchups at 1, 2, 4, and 6, with the other 2 being tossups, maybe a slight underdog at 3.

My favorite A&M vs Illini memory is the 4-1 victory in 2006 when they were #2 in the nation and we were coming off an 0-4 start to the season. My good buddy John Nallon clinched the match, after a come from behind dubs point win and a convincing 3 and 3 win by JMak over then #3 Ryler DeHeart at the top. Bryan Wooten was dead even against current ATP world #40 Kevin Anderson in that match.

Ore needs to be playing singles. He is good, and playInf better than Berto right now. To not put him in with his resume would be stupid, in my opinion

Nallon won a big match against Tech in Lubbock that year too, former tech player got tossed from the crowd for cussing a ref. It was great!

Klegou and Hoover fell in straight sets. Austin, Jeff, and Griggy are all headed to 3rd sets. Junior is up a set and 5-4 in the 2nd.

Mostly 3rd set losses. Tough to get a good indicator from indoors. We know A&M is much better outside.

I thought this team might be Top 5 good this year. Obviously I was wrong. It has been a disappointing season so far.

Losing to Washington was a surprise and very disappointing. We are definitely better than this.
