Who is the funny-looking gentleman in the bow tie? I think I have seen him before. And the one in the white jacket?

The guy in the white jacket is the best college track and field coach of all time. I'll see if you can figure out his name.

I didn't see a picture of a "funny-looking gentleman" in a bow tie.

There is, however, a picture of TAMU President Bowen Loftin, class of '71, who is wearing a bow tie.
