Shane is a really great player and top-notch young man. Maybe we can get Mitchell Kruegar to join us, too. I believe his dad refereed a few of the A&M matches.

A few years ago, Shane and Mitchell were both here at an Elite 8 tennis camp (best 8 players in the state from each age group) and my son got a late invite because one of the top eight dropped out. Vinsant and Kruegar each beat my son to a pulp. They were amazing with their total control of the game. At least it was good experience and an opportunity to make new friends.

Really want to get Krueger.

Tennis Recruiting just posted that Mitchell Krueger will be coming to Texas A&M!!!!

Mitchell Krueger is signing with A&M. It's just a matter of time for his announcement (which i'm expecting in the next day or so)

I think Mitchell is going to be the #1 player for the squad.. The line-up is going to be ridiculous from top to bottom.

Fall 2012. It will be Difficult to say who will be No1. Huge talent throughout . Ore, Szabo, Efferding, Withrow, Vinsant as well as Kreuger

This has been in the works for quite a while....major props to Steve and Bob...there may be some really great days for Aggie tennis on the horizon....of course the young ones have to work hard and improve,but if they do...the sky is the limit...

If Krueger is playing 1 for us as a freshman, then we got problems.

No freshman comes in and plays 1 his first year.

I believe that Jerry Makowski played #1 as a freshman in 2005.

Oh man, totally forgot about Jerry. He was a beast in 05. All downhill from there.

Still, I would say Krueger is the same level of recruit as Ore. And Ore was a long way from playing 1 last year. At some point in his college career though, Krueger will hopefully play 1.
