The ladies ags looked exceptionally well after a long Christmas training. Fast times all around I feel in every event. Any Opinions?

They looked great to me (outside of the sprint frees). Adams and Larson were exceptional as usual.

I didn't see the meet but saw the results. I think LOB is simply saying that the times were solid, but our sprint freestyle is still not where it needs to be. Right no Aggie is close to breaking 23 secs in the 50 free. We are just not a good sprinting team now.
