I was excited to see CBS Sports Network doing live coverage of qualification.

Federer got the draw he needed. Almost smooth sailing to the semis with the exception of Berdych. He is in the semi bracket with Murray but if he is indeed the top player in the world now then he should be able to handle himself.

Joker's got some pitfalls in his way but again if he is one of the two best players in the world then he should see Fed in the final.

yeah I think even though Murray ended up on his side, the draw is still pretty solid for Roger.

That is the reason he's the greatest champion of our lifetime, regardless of sport.

Gave credit to anyone and everyone, and straight admits Murray beat him down during the Olympics, and also recognizes that it was a great moment for the sport and Andy. You don't see that out of anyone else.

Champions who get beat down so they have the opportunity to give massive credit to someone else.

Federer for the most part of his career has been that way except early on when he was not winning. Since then he is perhaps the greatest AMBASSADOR of the sport.

That kid he played last night had monents of utter amazement. Of course he was inconsistent as hell.

Berdych takes the first set over Roger in a tiebreak. Could be in for a good match tonight.

Berdych playing out of his mind, and Fed is getting run off the court.

Berdych has had this coming for a while. He has not played up t his potential in big matches ever in his career.

Roger comes back from the brink and has life.

still down 2 sets to 1, but he has all the momentum. Berdych's serve finally started to falter at the end of that set while at the same time Roger finally started to dial it in.

and fed gets bounced. the QF streak still going, but that is a very unfortunate loss for Roger. Seemed like he never really found a long rhythm.

Berdych now needs to turn this into a GS win if like he couldn't do at Wimbledon when he defeated Roger in the QF if he wants his career to reach an elite level. He almost had the door wide open before Cilic choked everything away v. murray.

If Murray doesn't jump all over this and win a slam, he never will

Serena could kick about 95% of the men that post on this board to death. It is really not fair when she is motivated.
