I think there's been some talk of an Australian Supercar race in Austin, too.

They make a little noise, too. I saw the Minardi two-seater in Houston 5 years ago and couldn't believe how much louder it was than the CART rides.

And how was the traffic?

I will definitely be back next year. My seats were at Turn 6. To be honest I'm not sure, but maybe around Turn 2/3 or 13/15. I was able to move around and jump into multiple stands during the Friday Practice sessions. The traffic was pretty easy on Friday and Sat. It took a little over 2 hours to get home Sunday, 1 hr was just the getting out of the lot. Kuddos to the COTA staff, it can only get better the more events they have there.

Awesome. I hope I'll be able to make it next year.
