Just got back from Mitchell. This was a comprehensive beating that the Aggies put on UK.

Shane and Efferding were all over both of their opponents from the first ball. Szabo's match was a big tighter, but he was in the driver's seat the whole time. If they had played for just a few more minutes, Minavi likely would have put his opponent away as well, as he was working on serving out the match.

In a related note, I have never seen a team complain more than Kentucky today. I will admit that there were a lot of close line calls and a couple might have been missed, but their complaints were over the top. But I guess I would be frustrated too if I had just lost back to back dual matches by a combined 10-1 score.

Ags looked like the top 5 team today.

The UK player on court 2 was the absolute worst. He threw his racket a couple of times and smashed the ball against the back wall in frustration on another occasion.

He also approached the chair umpire at one point and seemed to be complaining about noise coming from people sitting in the Stadium Club. Maybe I misunderstood what he was complaining about, but if that was it, he needs to get over it. There are six matches going on, pal, you're going to have to deal with some noise.

Efferding beats the #1 player in the country. Anybody questioning whether he can develop into a #1 line player still?

I've yet to figure out how the #1 played in the nation doesn't play #1 for his team. Two years in a row.

Great win for Efferding. Maybe he is a future #1 player. Time will tell. Sounds like Denton needs to put the end to the Junior Ore stack and put Effedrding at 1.

Efferding does have the makings of a number 1 player. It was also a huge effort from Szabo against Styslinger. Nearly got over the line against the #12 ranked player. That bodes well for the the future too. The match was high standard. Interesting to see if Dentin will move Efferding to the number 1 spot.

It will be interesting. Jeremy has played 1 some this year, but I'm not sure Denton will make that switch.

Denton shouldn't move Ore from 1.
Occasionally Ore will be hot and beat someone better. But he's not necessarily going to win any more matches from the 2 spot than he is now at 1.

Cooter, those are my thoughts exactly on Ore. He's wildly inconsistent, but when he is on his game, he has the tools to beat just about anyone in the country. With him on the 1 line, you can also slide everyone down a spot and have an advantage on just about every other line.

I also agree on juniors game and would strongly consider keeping him at 1

Called stacking guys. Not ethical at all. Don't think Denton has any choice but to move Efferding to 1. His results are far better than Ore.
