All Red Bull so far, a half second on the field.
What do you think the real story is behind Perez and McLaren? He hasn't been that bad and McLaren is clearly a second tier team. Plus, he brings all that Carlos Slim money. Someone will pick him up for next year even though it's late. They're all needing funding.

I really wish I could be there again this year for the race!

Starting grid for tomorrow:

1) Vettel
2) Webber
3) Grosjean
4) Hulkenberg
5) Hamilton
6) Alonso

I was watching the Qualifying Sessions this evening and was severely disappointed with NBCSN's coverage. All season, they have shown the entire three sessions. Today they cut away with 10mins left of Q2, came back from commercial, and announced the lineup for tomorrow with no more footage of the sessions.

Not sure what to think of the Perez drama. He will definitely get picked up by someone as he is better than the bottom half of the drivers and as you said, he has deep pockets behind him.

What about the Iceman having back surgery this week? Nice way for him to not race the last two races of the season without technically being in breach of contract AND without racking up any more points for the Lotus team. It is already rather obvious, but there is some major bad blood between Kimi and Lotus...

I'm looking forward to 1pm tomorrow!

Also, the G-Force/Throttle/Brake instrumentation on Vergne's driver cam was pretty cool.

Pretty nice dice between Grosjean and Webber for last two podium steps. Nobody's gonna beat Vettel and RB.
I hate jonsen' for Ferrari, but I am next year. Go Ice!

I want to start by saying that NBC found a way to really screw up their broadcast of both the qualifying rounds AND the race. Here is their opportunity to hype the sport again in the USA and they couldn't get their act together. Now...

Vettel had a decent race, but I was concerned in the last 10 laps that something mechanical might happen to his car based on the radio transmissions.

That scrap for second/third was definitely fun to watch, too!

Did anyone else notice all of the empty bleacher seats but packed General Admission areas? I wonder if they will limit GA tickets next year to try to fill the stands first?
