Great to hear. Although it's odd they don't mention the current 4th pool that is a 25 yard shallow water pool. It's been a while since I've been there, but doesn't the instructional pool fit that description already?
quote:Note: A&M also has an additional 20-yard, indoor instructional pool, 5-lanes wide, that was not considered as it’s not really of much use for a competitive pool.
I haven't seen it, but from what I read it is an "accessible" pool. If it is anything like the pools I've seen, it basically has a ramp entrance, which really reduces what you can do with it.
Yeah, if you had to rank the swim team's options for training...after the 50 meter, the diving well, and the Cain pool, I'd bet the Bryan ISD aquatics center, the College Station Natatorium at the Jr. High, and the aerofit pool on Villa Maria would all get a call before they resigned to the instructional pool.
