bbb has it exactly right. The right man got the job, he can hold this team together and this next year could be one for the record books. If the 12th Man would just come out and support these girls you will be very pleasantly surprised how much fun and enjoyment there is in watching class act young women BTHO everybody and do it with class.

Mark is very motivated to do well at A&M. The girls love him as a coach, hence why they all lobbied for him to get the head job. He will do well here, can't wait to see him lead this program!

Good for Mark. The opportunity is there. I think his recruiting this year will give a pretty good clue as to his long term success. If he can bring in some top players, he'll be successful. If he can't, the program will fall back.

This hire should help alleviate some of the concerns about the recruiting. Between Weaver's experience of recruiting under Joffe and Sullivan's track record as a head coach as a recruiter, I think us true Aggie tennis fans have lots to look forward to.
